Izabela - owner of the farm opens her Spanish antique finca- home ( renovate farm with over 150 years) to travellers who seeks true family flavours passed down through generations and meaningful experience; slowing down and enjoy the beauty of mediterranean countryside. What to expect: - vibes like you are visiting your old friend in magical countryside - welcome by traditional Spanish aperitif - walk around the olive groves - harvesting and olive oil production storytelling - Join organic extra virgin olive oil tasting and workshop plus taste rural flavour - home fermented olives - Hands-on Cooking Experience at our finca or outdoor kitchen Choose what you would like to cook: - 3 traditional tapas - recipes passed through generations from my mother-in-law (83 years old) and family member - Puri ( 83years old too) who share the recipes from their grandmas and mums - Andalusian Empanadillas - Spanish savoury pastry filled up with delicious filling inspired by Malaga white pueblos - Churros & homemade Chocolate with Sangria cocktail Masterclass - Regional Wine Tasting - and homemade olive oil cake - I always do a sweet treat for our visitors Joining this experience allows you not only learn authentic recipes but being part of Andalusian countryside with local people. The culinary experience is run by the host Izabela and can be reserved from 2-12 people. The price €85pp The Tapas cooking experience can be reserved with Spanish grandmas too - Isidora and Puri from 4people minimum, €100pp The grandmas will not only cook with you, direct each step but share her culinary stories and secrets.
