About Generations of Flavour

My name is Izabela, founder of Generations of Flavour — curated culinary and cultural experiences in Málaga, created between the historic city centre and the surrounding Andalusian countryside, just 30 minutes from Málaga and Marbella, among olive groves and rural landscapes.

Generations of Flavour was born from my lifelong passion for food and culture, shaped by years working in senior hospitality and events roles across London, Poland, and Spain. Over time, I felt drawn to create something more meaningful — experiences that go beyond tourism or dining, and instead preserve and share the living heritage of Andalusian food culture.

At the heart of my work is rural Andalusian gastronomy — the recipes, traditions, and knowledge passed down through generations of Spanish families. I collaborate closely with local farmers, home cooks, and artisans to help keep these traditions alive, from olive oil production to seasonal cooking rooted in the land.

Through immersive farm-to-table experiences, olive harvests, cooking workshops, and intimate tastings, guests are invited to experience Andalusia from the inside — not as visitors, but as welcomed guests at the table.

These experiences open the doors to private family kitchens, working olive farms, and local gatherings, where food becomes a way of connection — shared meals, stories, laughter, and time lived slowly and meaningfully.

Every experience is designed in collaboration with local producers, organic markets, and regional experts, ensuring a deep connection to place, season, and tradition.
